How do I claim my digital content?

Please check your Photo Ping voucher for your unique 15 character code, or scan the QR code on a smart device.

Ensure you are typing your code carefully. It will consist of 3 letters followed by 12 numbers, for example ABC123456789123

Your purchase receipt may have other 12-digit numbers on the barcode and Photo ID. These are only used internally and cannot be used to claim digital content online.

I have lost/damaged my Ping Voucher

As your Ping Voucher is the item you have purchased which enables you to claim your digital content, it is important to keep this safe until you have downloaded your photos.

If your Photo Ping voucher has been lost or damaged, contact us with the following. A full, clear photograph of your purchase receipt (if possible). If you do not have this, please confirm the Attraction Name and City you visited [for example, The York Dungeons] and the date and approximate time of purchase A photograph of your party on the day [preferably a photograph of a print item. This will enable us to manually check the Ping links generated on the day of your visit and forward the correct one to you.

What photos will I be able to download?

Your photo package may include Selected Downloads [your printed items] or All Downloads [which will include all photos presented at the time of sale]. If you are missing images, or unsure which images were included in your package, please contact us and attach a full, clear photograph of your Purchase Receipt and Photo Ping Voucher as well as a description of any missing images.

How long will it take for my photos to load?

Photos take around 2 hours to upload, but can sometimes take up to 24 hours from time of purchase. Please refresh or rescan your QR code after 24 hours. If you are still experiencing problems contact us, ensuring you attach a photograph of your purchase receipt and Photo Ping voucher.

I have a problem with a print product

Please contact us here, ensuring that you fill in all sections of the form and attach a photograph of your purchase receipt and your print product(s). Attach a photograph of your purchase receipt and your print product(s), removing prints from frames and blocks if possible

Question about a Lego Brick Order

Your Lego Brick order should arrive within [6 weeks?] of purchase. You will receive updates via email as we print and ship your order. My downloads don't match my prints

If your download photos do not match your print items, please contact us and attach a full, clear photograph of your purchase receipt, Photo Ping Voucher and the print items. Please note, we are only able to edit your images by moving your photo within the background or cropping items (such as bags and prams). We are unable to restore anything which was not visible at the time of purchase.
